Carpet - hurray!!!

After what seems like an eternity the carpet has been laid and the painting is finished and things are nearly nearly completed. Only a few bits of furniture to get, laundry bench to put in and a few cupboards for Lloyd to make and then the reno/ extension is done! (except the downstairs bathroom, which Emily reminded me about this morning). All I can say as the photo up loader is that Lloyd has done the most amazing job. As Kellie so eloquently put it, he has virtually rebuilt our whole house in the time that professionals have built their new house, and he's been working a full time job at the same time. So WELL DONE LLOYD, it's nearly time to work on your car. (And don't worry Dad, there are still plenty of jobs for you to help out with on the weekends (just in case you were worried that we wouldn't need your assistance any more). thank you for all your help on many many a weekend.)
